Mathis Beaulieu

Mathis Beaulieu, born July 12, 2004, in Quebec City, Canada, has quickly emerged as one of the brightest young talents on the international scene. His early years were filled with soccer and skiing, but it wasn’t long before local multisport events revealed his aptitude for endurance and competition. That early promise translated into a swift and impressive rise through the junior ranks.

In 2022, he stormed the junior circuit with five consecutive victories, including wins on European soil and a breakthrough senior-level win in Stockton, Missouri. These performances confirmed his readiness for bigger stages and marked him as one to watch.

Beaulieu carried that momentum into 2023 with a string of standout results. He earned bronze at the World Sprint & Relay Championships in Hamburg and won the Canadian National Championship in Montreal. That season also included a team bronze in the Americas Mixed Relay Championships and a silver medal at the Americas Cup in Ixtapa, showcasing both his individual and team strengths.

Stepping up to senior international competition in 2024, he made an immediate impact with a silver medal at the World Triathlon Cup in Huatulco, followed by more podium finishes across the Americas Cup circuit. In 2025, he notched his first World Triathlon Cup podium over the Olympic distance with a bronze in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, demonstrating both tactical maturity and a powerful finishing kick.

A dedicated member of the ON Triathlon Academy and training with Project Podium in Arizona, Beaulieu brings a grounded yet ambitious approach to his development. With eyes set firmly on the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, he continues to refine his craft—balancing competitiveness with a genuine love for the sport.
