supertri E World Championship Powered by Zwift, Garmin Bundle Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The supertri E World Championship Powered by Zwift, Garmin Bundle Giveaway ("Competition") is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

1.2. Employees of supertri and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.3. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry Requirements:

2.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:

a) Follow the link to the competition page

b) Enter their details in the fields required

c) Submit their details to the database

2.2. Multiple entries by the same participant are not permitted.

3. Prize Details:

3.1. The Competition will award 1 bundle of prizes to 1 winner.

3.2. The bundle will be awarded to the selected attendee and contacted via email, and details of collection or delivery will be arranged with the winner.

3.3. The bundle that will be won will consist of:

• Edge 1040

• Forerunner 965

• HRM Pro Plus 

4. Winner Selection:

4.1.Closing date for entries will be 11:59pm BST 6 May 2024 

4.2.Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

4.3. The selection process will be conducted fairly and without bias.

4.4. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform used for entry within 7 days after the closing date of the Competition.

4.4. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. General Terms:

5.1. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the social media platform(s) used for entry.

5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

5.3. supertri reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

5.4. By entering the Competition, participants agree to allow supertri to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

5.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, neither supertri or Garmin will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner (or their parent / guardian) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of supertri or that of its employees. Participants’ statutory rights are not affected.

6.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
