Supertri Opens the Door for Amateur Athletes to Race Supertri E for the First Time

Supertri, the global leader in short-course triathlon, is making history by offering amateur triathletes the unprecedented chance to race Supertri E.
This revolutionary format, which has redefined the boundaries of professional triathlon, will see a select group of amateur participants line up for free shortly before the Supertri E World Championships powered by MyWhoosh at the London Aquatics Centre on Saturday, April 5.
Supertri opened entries for a limited group of local clubs and demand was overwhelming, with all spots being snapped up within minutes.
Supertri E is the sport’s most dynamic and high-intensity format, featuring short, action-packed races in a controlled, spectator-friendly environment. Designed to test speed, endurance, and adaptability, Supertri E has captivated fans worldwide with its thrilling head-to-head competition.
For the first time, amateur athletes will be able to step onto the same stage as the world’s best, experiencing the adrenaline-fuelled challenge of Supertri E firsthand. Participants will take on the innovative race format, utilising indoor swim facilities, stationary bikes, and self-powered treadmills. There will also be a Kids Aquathlon.
While the amateur racing in London is designed to offer a unique opportunity to experience the thrill of Supertri E, it opens up the tantalising prospect of greater participation opportunities, both real life and virtual, in the future.

By opening Supertri E to the public, we’re giving athletes of all levels a unique opportunity to compete in a cutting-edge format and be part of the action like never before.”
In what will be its sixth year, Supertri E continues to redefine the boundaries of endurance sport, fusing the worlds of real life and virtual racing.
