About Crown Racing

Defending Champions Return with a Star-Studded Squad
As the reigning Supertri League champions, Crown Racing enters the 2025 season with a bold ambition: to defend their sweep of the women’s, men’s, and team titles from 2024. With a roster brimming with Olympic and World champions, emerging global talent, and deep international backing, Crown Racing is firmly positioned at the pinnacle of professional triathlon.
Guided by four-time triathlon World Champion and team manager Chris McCormack, the team builds on last season’s dominance with a squad that blends experience, star power, and rising talent. Their mission extends beyond racing—championing the development of triathlon across the Middle East through grassroots programs, regional events, and a strategic partnership with Bahrain Victorious 13, their principal backers.

2025 Line-Up: Champions, Contenders & Future Stars
Leading the women’s lineup is the return of Georgia Taylor-Brown, the most decorated athlete in Supertri history and a three-time Supertri champion. After a brief hiatus from competition in 2025, she returns to action alongside Cassandre Beaugrand, the reigning Olympic and World champion. The two form a formidable duo, complemented by French star Emma Lombardi, Supertri veteran Emma Jeffcoat, and rising stars Aspen Anderson and Barbara De Koning.
On the men’s side, Vasco Vilaça makes a high-profile switch from Stars & Stripes, bringing his aggressive style and leadership to a refreshed Crown Racing squad. He’s joined by Canadian duo Tyler Mislawchuk and Charles Paquet, who will race on home soil at the Toronto season opener. The men’s team is rounded out by Roberto Sanchez Mantecon of Spain, Australian newcomer Brayden Mercer, and Portugal’s Ricardo Batista.
With a deep bench and strategic flexibility, Crown Racing will rotate four male and four female athletes at each event, with every point earned contributing to their Teams League title defense.
