First Timer Program

Take on your first triathlon with confidence! Our FREE 12-week beginner-friendly program combines expert coaching, a TriDot-powered training plan, live webinars, and on-site support to guide you every step of the way. From your first swim, bike, and run to race day, we’ll make sure you’re prepared, supported, and ready to celebrate crossing that finish line.

What you'll receive

  • Beginner Training Program presented by TriDot. Structured workouts to build your swim, bike, and run skills week by week.

  • Three Live Expert Webinars:

    • Week 1 – Triathlon 101 & Equipment Essentials

    • Week 6 – Swim & Transition Tips

    • Week 10 – Race Day Breakdown & Virtual Course Walkthrough

How to Enroll

  • During Registration

When signing up for your race, look for the question: “Do you want to be part of the free First Timer Program?” Selecting Yes will automatically enroll you.

Missed the question? No problem. Log into your Active account → My Events → select your race → Opt in for the First Timer Program.

Once enrolled, you’ll receive:

  • Webinar invitations and recordings
