Splash & Dash
A swim-run adventure designed for young athletes ages 8-15.
The Splash & Dash takes place along the shoreline in flat, shallow water with the run along the beach side path and boardwalk. Every finisher crosses under the main arch used for Sunday's Long Beach Legacy Triathlon.

Ages 6-10. 100m Swim. 1km Run.
One hundred meters along the shoreline in flat, calm water. One kilometer on the beachside path and boardwalk. A distance designed for young athletes ready to discover what race day feels like.
Lifeguards in the water. Volunteers on the course. Family cheering at the finish. Everything a first race should be.

Ages 11-15. 200m Swim. 1.2km Run.
Two hundred meters of open water along the shoreline. A 1.2-kilometer run on the beachside path and boardwalk. More distance. More challenge. The next step for young athletes who are ready.
Cross the same finish arch that Sunday's athletes will use. Collect your medal. Start the story you'll tell at school on Monday.
