NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor. This promotion ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Supertri Inc, 53 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts, 02109, United States ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, the prize providers named in Section 5, and their respective affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00am ET on July 4th 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on 6 July 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period: (a) Follow the official Supertri USA account @supertri_usa on Instagram; and (b) Post a comment on the official Giveaway post. This constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or generated by bot/script are void. The comment is the entry of record; the follow will be verified for any potential winner before a prize is awarded.
Alternative method of entry (no follow or comment necessary): To enter without taking any social action, send your full name, email and a daytime phone number to [email protected] during the Promotion Period. Limit one AMOE entry per person. AMOE entrants receive the same odds of winning as all other entrants.
5. Prizes. A total of six (6) prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize (1): The "Supertri USA Bundle," consisting of:
1x Varlo tri suit - approximate retail value (ARV) $200
1 x The Feed VIP package - ARV $75
2 x Uberlube Sport Good to Go's - ARV $40
1 x Synergy Vantage Backpack - ARV $200
1 x Year of TriDot Training - ARV $1068
Runner-up Prizes - a bundle consisting of 1 (one) of each of the below items (5):
1 x pairs of Synergy goggles - ARV $40 each
1 x The Feed VIP kits & musette - ARV $75 each
1 x Uberlube Good to Go - ARV $20 each
Total ARV of all prizes: $2,258. Prizes are provided by Varlo, The Feed, Uberlube, TriDot and Synergy. Each prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty, is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sizing/colour subject to availability. Limit one (1) prize per person.
6. Winner Selection & Notification. Six (6) winners will be selected in a single random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 1st, 2026. Prizes are allocated in the order entries are drawn: the first eligible entry drawn receives the Grand Prize; the next five (5) receive Runner-Up Prizes. No entrant may win more than one prize. Each potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message (or by the contact details provided, for AMOE entrants) and, where a prize requires shipping, must provide a valid US delivery address. A potential winner must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entry in the draw order.
7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Taxes. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity & Data. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use each winner's Instagram handle and first name in connection with announcing the results. Personal information collected will be used only to administer the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity.
11. Release. By entering, entrants release Instagram/Meta and the Sponsor from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
12. Governing Law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Winner List. For a list of winners, send a request to [email protected] within 90 days of the draw date.
