SUPERTRI TOULOUSE TRISUIT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
PART 1 — ENGLISH
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, BEYOND REGISTRATION FOR SUPERTRI TOULOUSE 2026. THE WINNER IS SELECTED BY JUDGED DECISION, NOT BY RANDOM DRAW. THIS IS NOT A GAME OF CHANCE.
1. PROMOTER
Super League International Limited, Office 3.20 Scott House, Suite 1, The Concourse, Waterloo Station, London, England, SE1 7LY, United Kingdom. Registered in England and Wales, company number 11789498 ("Supertri", "we", "us").
2. THE PRIZE
One (1) prize: a signed Varlo and Supertri trisuit worn by Cassandre Beaugrand ("Cass") in training, signed by Cass and seven other 2026 Supertri Pro Series athletes: Emma Lombardi, Jeanne Lehair, Luke Willian, Matt Hauser, Tayler Reid, Carter Stuhlmacher, and Nathan Lesmann (the "Prize").
Varlo has supplied the Prize and is a partner in the promotional post for this competition, but is not the promoter, controller, or administrator of this competition.
The estimated value of the Prize is approximately €500. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash or other alternative will be offered, except at Supertri's discretion if the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control, in which case a prize of equivalent or greater value will be substituted.
3. HOW TO ENTER
This competition opens at 00:01 Central European Time on 22 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 Central European Time on 2 October 2026 (the "Closing Time").
To enter, during this period, a participant must, on Supertri's Instagram post at https://www.instagram.com/p/Ddlr1dME2Yx/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&stkn=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== (the "Post"):
a) leave a comment describing their favourite triathlon memory; and b) like the Post.
There is no limit to the number of stories a participant may share. Each qualifying comment is considered as a separate entry for the purposes of judging.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Open to any individual who:
a) is a registered participant of Supertri Toulouse 2026, verified against Supertri's official registration list as at 23:59 Central European Time on 2 October 2026; and b) is aged 18 or over at the time of entry, or, if under 18, has the consent of a parent or legal guardian both to enter and, if selected, to claim the Prize.
There is no restriction on nationality or country of residence, provided condition (a) is met.
Employees of Supertri, Varlo, their agencies, and the immediate families of each, are not eligible to enter.
Registration for Supertri Toulouse is made independently of this competition, for the purpose of taking part in the race. No part of the registration fee constitutes payment for entry into this competition.
5. HOW THE WINNER IS CHOSEN
The winner will be selected on 2 October 2026, following the Closing Time.
The winner will be the eligible entrant whose comment is judged by the Supertri team to be the most compelling response to the prompt "Comment your favourite triathlon memory." Selection is based solely on the content of the entry and is not influenced by the number of likes, comments, or other engagement it receives.
This is a judged competition, not a random draw or prize draw, and involves no element of chance.
The judging panel's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
6. ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE COLLECTION
The winner will be announced on stage at Supertri Toulouse on 4 October 2026.
If the winner is not present at the event to collect the Prize at the time of announcement, Supertri will arrange for the Prize to be sent to them at Supertri's cost, using contact details from their Supertri Toulouse registration or Instagram profile. The Prize will not be forfeited or reassigned solely because the winner is not present at the moment of announcement.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) Supertri is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure, platform outage, or error. b) By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Supertri's decisions, which are final and made in the respect of the present rules. c) Supertri reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or in breach of these rules or of Instagram's own terms of use. d) Supertri reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this competition or these rules where necessary for operational, technical, or legal reasons. Any material change will be published at the location where these rules are made available. e) This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
8. FREE ACCESS TO THESE RULES
These rules are available free of charge at https://supertri.com/supertri-toulouse-trisuit-giveaway-official-rules/ for the duration of the competition period. A copy may also be requested free of charge by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address at Section 1.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data submitted in connection with this competition — including name, Instagram handle, comment content, and, for the winner, contact and delivery details — is processed by Supertri as data controller, in accordance with Supertri's privacy policy at supertri.com/privacy-policy, for the purpose of administering this competition and delivering the Prize.
Data will not be shared with third parties other than as strictly necessary to deliver the Prize (for example, a courier). Because the Post is published as an Instagram collaboration between Supertri and Varlo, entries — including comment content and public profile information — will also be visible to Varlo in its capacity as co-author of the Post. Varlo does not otherwise receive or process entrants' personal data for the purposes of this competition.
Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of their personal data, and may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. Participants who consider their data protection rights have not been respected may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These rules are governed by French law, and the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the participant's country of residence.

En cas de divergence entre la présente version française et la version anglaise du présent règlement, la version française prévaut.
1. ORGANISATEUR
Super League International Limited, Office 3.20 Scott House, Suite 1, The Concourse, Waterloo Station, Londres, Angleterre, SE1 7LY, Royaume-Uni. Immatriculée en Angleterre et au pays de Galles sous le numéro 11789498 (« Supertri », « nous »).
2. LE PRIX
Un (1) prix : une combinaison de triathlon (trifonction) Varlo et Supertri dédicacée, portée par Cassandre Beaugrand (« Cass »), signée par elle-même ainsi quesept autres athlètes du Supertri Pro Series 2026 : Emma Lombardi, Jeanne Lehair, Luke Willian, Matt Hauser, Tayler Reid, Carter Stuhlmacher et Nathan Lesmann (le « Prix »).
Varlo a fourni le Prix et est partenaire de la publication promotionnelle de ce concours, mais n'est ni l'organisateur, ni le responsable du traitement, ni l'administrateur de ce concours.
La valeur estimée du Prix est d'environ 500 €. Le Prix n'est ni cessible ni échangeable. Aucune contrepartie en espèces ou autre ne sera proposée, sauf à la discrétion de Supertri si le Prix venait à ne plus être disponible pour des raisons indépendantes de sa volonté, auquel cas un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure sera substitué.
3. COMMENT PARTICIPER
Ce concours ouvre à 00h01, heure d'Europe centrale, le 22 septembre 2026, et se clôture à 23h59, heure d'Europe centrale, le 2 octobre 2026 (la « Date de clôture »).
Pour participer, pendant cette période, le participant doit, sur la publication Instagram de Supertri à l'adresse https://www.instagram.com/p/Ddlr1dME2Yx/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&stkn=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== (la « Publication ») :
a) laisser un commentaire décrivant son souvenir de triathlon préféré ; et b) aimer (« liker ») la Publication.
Il n'y a pas de limite au nombre de souvenirs qu'un participant peut partager. Chaque commentaire éligible est considéré comme une participation distincte aux fins de la sélection.
4. ÉLIGIBILITÉ
Ouvert à toute personne qui :
a) est un participant inscrit au Supertri Toulouse 2026, vérifié par rapport à la liste officielle des inscriptions de Supertri à 23h59, heure d'Europe centrale, le 2 octobre 2026 ; et b) est âgée de 18 ans ou plus au moment de sa participation, ou, si elle est mineure, dispose du consentement d'un parent ou représentant légal pour participer et, le cas échéant, pour réclamer le Prix.
Il n'existe aucune restriction de nationalité ou de pays de résidence, sous réserve du respect de la condition (a).
Les salariés de Supertri, de Varlo, de leurs agences, ainsi que les membres de leur famille proche, ne sont pas autorisés à participer.
L'inscription au Supertri Toulouse est effectuée indépendamment de ce concours, aux fins de participation à la course. Aucune partie des frais d'inscription ne constitue un paiement pour la participation à ce concours.
5. COMMENT LE GAGNANT EST CHOISI
Le gagnant sera sélectionné le 2 octobre 2026, après la date de clôture.
Le gagnant sera le participant éligible dont le commentaire est jugé par l'équipe Supertri comme étant la réponse la plus convaincante et originale à la consigne « Partagez votre souvenir de triathlon pr éféré ». La sélection repose uniquement sur le contenu de la participation et n'est pas influencée par le nombre de mentions « j'aime », de commentaires, ou tout autre engagement qu'elle reçoit.
Il s'agit d'un concours soumis à l'appréciation d'un jury, et non d'un tirage au sort, et il ne comporte aucun élément de hasard.
La décision du jury est définitive. Aucune correspondance ne sera engagée concernant la sélection.
6. ANNONCE ET REMISE DU PRIX
Le gagnant sera annoncé sur scène le jour de la compétition Supertri Toulouse le 4 octobre 2026.
Si le gagnant n'est pas présent sur place pour recevoir le Prix au moment de l'annonce, Supertri fera en sorte que le Prix lui soit envoyé, aux frais de Supertri, en utilisant les coordonnées figurant sur son inscription au Supertri Toulouse ou sur son profil Instagram. Le Prix ne sera ni perdu ni réattribué au seul motif que le gagnant n'est pas présent au moment de l'annonce.
7. CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES
a) Supertri n'est pas responsable des participations perdues, retardées ou non reçues en raison d'une défaillance technique, d'une interruption de la plateforme ou d'une erreur. b) En participant au concours, les personnes acceptent le présent règlement ainsi que les décisions de Supertri, lesquelles prise de bonne foi conformément au règlement. . c) Supertri se réserve le droit de disqualifier toute participation qu'elle estime raisonnablement frauduleuse, abusive, ou contraire au présent règlement ou aux conditions d'utilisation d'Instagram. d) Supertri se réserve le droit d'annuler, de suspendre ou de modifier ce concours ou le présent règlement lorsque cela est nécessaire pour des raisons opérationnelles, techniques ou juridiques. Toute modification substantielle sera publiée à l'endroit où le présent règlement est mis à disposition. e) Ce concours n'est ni commandité, ni approuvé, ni administré par Instagram ou Meta Platforms, Inc., et n'est associé à aucune de ces entités.
8. ACCÈS GRATUIT AU RÈGLEMENT
Le présent règlement est disponible gratuitement à l'adresse https://supertri.com/supertri-toulouse-trisuit-giveaway-official-rules/ pendant toute la durée du concours. Une copie peut également être demandée gratuitement en écrivant à [email protected] ou par courrier à l'adresse indiquée à l'article 1.
9. PROTECTION DES DONNÉES
Les données personnelles transmises dans le cadre de ce concours — notamment le nom, l'identifiant Instagram, le contenu des commentaires et, pour le gagnant, les coordonnées et les informations de livraison — sont traitées par Supertri en qualité de responsable du traitement, conformément à la politique de confidentialité de Supertri disponible à supertri.com/privacy-policy, aux fins de l'organisation de ce concours et de la remise du Prix.
Les données ne seront pas partagées avec des tiers, sauf dans la mesure strictement nécessaire à la remise du Prix (par exemple, un transporteur). La Publication étant publiée sous forme de collaboration Instagram entre Supertri et Varlo, les participations — y compris le contenu des commentaires et les informations de profil public — seront également visibles par Varlo en sa qualité de co-auteur de la Publication. Varlo ne reçoit ni ne traite autrement les données personnelles des participants aux fins de ce concours.
Les participants disposent d'un droit d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement et d'opposition au traitement de leurs données personnelles, qu'ils peuvent exercer en écrivant à [email protected]. Les participants estimant que leurs droits en matière de protection des données n'ont pas été respectés peuvent déposer une réclamation auprès de la CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés).
10. DROIT APPLICABLE ET JURIDICTION
Le présent règlement est régi par le droit français, et les tribunaux français sont seuls compétents, sans préjudice des règles impératives de protection des consommateurs applicables dans le pays de résidence du participant.
