SUPERTRI x TRIDOT "QUAD SQUAD" CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This is a skill-based contest; winners are selected by a panel of judges on the basis of merit, not by chance. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and who are registered participants in Supertri Chicago 2026. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor & Prize Provider. This contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Supertri Inc, 53 State Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02109, United States ("Sponsor"). Prizes are provided in conjunction with TriDot (a division of Predictive Fitness, Inc.) ("Prize Provider"). The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Each entry is a pair (an entrant and one nominated teammate); both members must independently meet these eligibility requirements, must consent to entry, and must be registered participants in Supertri Chicago 2026 at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and Prize Provider, and their respective affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Contest begins at 1:00pm ET on 7 August 2026 and ends at 11:59pm ET on 17 August 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the official entry form at https://apply.getroster.com/97PWAFJsH, providing the information requested, including your triathlon experience, your nominated teammate's details and triathlon experience, and your answer to "Why do you want to be part of the Quad Squad?". Limit one (1) entry per person as a lead entrant. By entering, the lead entrant confirms they have the nominated teammate's permission to submit that person's details, and that both are registered for Supertri Chicago 2026. Entries that are incomplete or that infringe any third-party right may be disqualified.
Optional amplification (does not affect selection): entrants may tag their nominated teammate on social media and/or share the Contest to their stories. This is entirely optional, is not required to enter or win, and has no bearing on the judges' assessment.
5. Judging & Selection. All eligible entries will be reviewed by a judging panel comprising representatives of the Sponsor and Prize Provider. Entries will be scored on the following criteria: (a) strength and authenticity of motivation ("why") — 40%; (b) the entrant's and teammate's triathlon journey and goals — 30%; (c) fit with the Supertri community and commitment to the year-long programme — 30%. The panel will select two (2) winning pairs — one (1) pair of women and one (1) pair of men — making up the four-person Quad Squad. The women's pair and men's pair will be determined on the basis of the gender each entrant provides on the entry form. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-scored on criterion (a). Judges' decisions are final and binding. Potential winners will be notified by email and/or direct message on or about 19 August 2026 and must respond within 48 hours.
6. Prizes. The Quad Squad (four individuals across two winning pairs) will receive the following, per person unless stated otherwise:
One (1) year of training on the TriDot platform, August 2026–August 2027 — ARV $1,068
One (1) pre-race strategy coaching call with a TriDot coach ahead of Supertri Chicago 2026 (one call per pair) — ARV $150 per pair, i.e. $75 per person
Four (4) further coaching calls with a TriDot coach across the following year, minimum one per quarter — ARV $600
A refund of the winner's existing Supertri Chicago 2026 race entry — ARV approx $175
One (1) complimentary race entry to Supertri Chicago 2027 — ARV approx $175
One (1) Supertri 2026 x Varlo trisuit and gear pack — ARV approx $300
Approximate retail value per person: $2,393. Total ARV of all prizes: approx $9,572. Prizes are awarded "as is", are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sizing/colour subject to availability. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, transport, insurance, or any costs or expenses not expressly stated. Coaching calls are subject to coach availability and must be scheduled and used within the ambassador year (August 2026–August 2027).
7. Ambassador Participation. As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner agrees to participate as a Supertri "Quad Squad" ambassador, which includes: being featured in Supertri content across the Supertri Chicago weekend and throughout the following year; creating and sharing content using the hashtag #quadsquad; and being onboarded to Supertri's ambassador platform, "Roster." A winner who declines these terms may forfeit the prize.
8. Substitution & Forfeiture. If a member of a selected pair is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to return required documentation within the stated time, Sponsor may disqualify the pair and select an alternate pair, or, at its sole discretion, permit the entrant to nominate a substitute teammate who meets all eligibility requirements.
9. Taxes. Each winner is required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 before any prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required. All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Publicity & Data. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Prize Provider to use each winner's name, Instagram handle, likeness and content in connection with the Contest and related promotion, without further compensation. Personal information (including nominated teammates' details) is collected via the Roster platform and will be used only to administer the Contest and ambassador programme in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://supertri.com/privacy-policy/.
11. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or infringing content, or violates these rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if fraud, technical failure or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity.
12. Release. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, the Sponsor and the Prize Provider from any and all liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
13. Governing Law. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Winners List. For the names of the winners, send a request to [email protected] within 90 days of the selection date
